About Me

I’ve spent most of my life living and working in regional Victoria, which has given me not only a deep understanding of the landscape — it’s helped me build strong, trusted relationships with medical professionals, medical practices, local communities, and other key stakeholders across the region. 

What drives me is simple: I care deeply about the health and wellbeing of our doctors, their families, and the communities they serve across regional Australia. 

With over 20 years’ experience in university settings and GP education and recruitment, I’ve dedicated my career to supporting medical practitioners — both international and local — to find meaningful, sustainable careers in regional healthcare. My work has spanned roles at , Monash University, the Murray Primary Health Network, Rural Workforce Agency Victoria and Victorian Rural Generalist Program, countless projects and initiatives, all with the aim of developing, supporting and guiding members of our medical workforce in our regions.

For the last decade, my efforts have been focused on providing ongoing support to medical practitioners at all stages of their career journey—both personally and professionally- as they identify and strive towards their own goals.
